Air-driven hand former, capable of sequential forming of soft steel sheets up to 1.5 mm thick.
Ecord's molding technology is chipless and produces less noise, allowing for sheet metal and profile sheet metal forming processes. The Hand Former HF100PA is a power hammering machine that can perform various hammering tasks such as three-dimensional forming, angle bending, and distortion removal by exchanging various forming tools in the C-frame opening, all in a powerful and speedy manner. Despite its compact body, the HF100PA can process soft steel with a maximum thickness of 1.5 mm. It is suitable for workpieces such as aircraft and automobile bodies, architectural sheet metal, and box letters for signs. The stroke function operates in single mode only, and the adjustment of processing pressure is done by the amount of foot pedal depression. Compared to the hand lever type HF100, it allows for workpieces to be held with both hands.
